New store opening Sunnyvale

The opening of the Sunnyvale store was full of firsts. We had a new project manager and many new tactics. 

• One of the firsts was a large format monitor in the front of the store it was an interesting designing with a screen that wrapped around the corner.

• We expand it an existing program to sell cocktail components using a four-way merchandiser, I designed inserts that flipped so that the stores had a variety of cocktail drinks to display depending on what products were being featured. One side headspace had space for our quarterly program featuring a cocktail recipe. The program was a success it was moved into many of the other stores that's all liquor and a positive lift was seen in them all.

• To promote team member inclusion and excitement we started new programs that featured team member menus, we did one for pizza and specialty cakes.

• My biggest project for this store opening was the Frankie & Haandi food venue. Please check it out!
